Davies wants Hull City to be bold

Hull City player Curtis Davies has stated that Hull City need to be determined if they want to remain in the Premier League.

He said that clubs such as Bournemouth and Watford have shown that it is possible to stay in the Premier League and that it is important for the club to follow the same example.

Hull City went through the play-offs in order to win promotion to the Premier League but has been earmarked as the favorite candidate for relegation this season. Curtis Davies believes that there need to be a change in mentality if the club is going to move forward.

Curtis Davies said that Hull City have to learn from other promoted teams. They did not just sit back and wait for the opposition to come to them but attack. He said that the players should remain positive and ensure that they take their chances in the games. He knows that it will not be easy, but they will need to fight if they want to remain in the Premier League.

Hull City is currently experiencing problems with their owners refusing to inject money into the club. They are reportedly looking for a seller but at the moment there is no concrete offer on the table. The club has been losing players in the transfer window and may have trouble fielding a competitive team for the start of the Premier League.

The team is also without a manager at the moment after Steve Bruce has left the club. He said that there was no guarantee from the owners that they wanted to move the club forward and that he will be better off working somewhere else.
Curtis Davies is aware of these problems and has urged fans to remain behind the club.
